For any of the latter, please refer to the appropriate medical experts in your area. OneSoulCompass.com provides online life coaching, transitioning, spiritual direction, and online mediation, and is not in any way replace or serve to be the equivalent of traditional psychotherapy.
Upon entering into agreement with OneSoulCompass.com, purchasing a coaching package or coaching, spiritual direction, or mediation service, the user does at his or her own risk and in agreement with the terms provided. At no time will this service be used to diagnose mental illness, or other psychological or medical diagnosis. This site, information and the counselling service are at the users own risk and users agree to these terms. No psychological or medical diagnosis will be made on this site. Users should continue with any medication or treatment that they are receiving and not alter treatment because of any information they receive on this site.

Client Confidentiality

One Soul Compass.com seeks to maintain the highest ethical and privacy standards concerning client communication. However, this online service will not be held accountable for any damages that may be attributed to third parties, such as the payment service used or the company that host our websites. Any person requesting our services agrees that One Soul Compass.com, One Soul Web Studios LLP, nor the coaches, mediators, counsellors, or partners will not be held liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages or loss arising from the use or inability to use any of the services on offer.

Coaches Expertise

The coaches are highly educated professionals with skills specific to the area of service provided and applicable to their area of expertise. Both coaches have Master's degree levels of education as well as over 15 years combined experience offering private mentoring and coaching advisement. Neither coach claims to be licensed or credentialed in the client's country of residence. If the client's country of residence has laws regulating with whom the client may seek counselling or therapy online, the client is responsible for informing themselves and in complying with such laws.

Payment Methods

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is only accepted by credit card, cheque, bankers draft in UK Pounds Sterling, PayPal, or BACs. If your cheque is returned by the bank as unpaid for any reason, you will be liable for a "returned cheque" charge of £35.

Payment by Credit Card

Credit card payments are accepted via our PayPal electronic invoicing system only. These payments are subject to a surcharge and full payment is required in advance. (Your credit card should offer you purchase protection.)

Refund Policy
